Auntie Anne's - SAINT PETERSBURG

Extremely rude staff! Told my girlfriend she can get free pretzels out of the trash, haha. We asked if prices are cheaper since it was 9pm/closing. I almost lost it on the girl and her co-conspirator.

This Auntie Anne's is a great place to visit. The staff are friendly, and they work their hardest to provide their customers with a good experience. Plus, they have out of this world fresh pretzels! I highly recommend paying a visit.

Love the pretzels and dips! The employee at the island shop at the mall asked us to try a different store when they didn't have the item ready we stopped to buy, like it was too much of a bother for him to make something for us.

Three staff members were standing around doing nothing, distracted by their phones and food. I had to wait 15 minutes in line while the staff seemed completely unengaged. There was one person who appeared to be doing all the work.
