If you opt for the all-you-can-eat option, hibachi is advertised as included in the price. However, if you take it out, they charge extra for hibachi, and it's significantly more per pound. This is the only buffet where I've experienced this. I recommend opening your food container and inspecting it carefully, as they will soon start stirring it with a spoon to see what’s hidden under the salad leaves. The quality of the food at this establishment has declined, and the greed and lack of professionalism are off-putting. Watching the cashiers count my sushi pieces with their fingers is both frustrating and amusing—it's such a pathetic sight. Overall, this place is definitely the worst in the area.
I was really pleased with the entire experience. Unlike other Chinese buffets, this restaurant had a more balanced seasoning. I would love to eat here every week! However, there’s one issue: I’d like to see a change in the lighting colors in the restaurant.
STAY AWAY!!! went today, a few minutes after 4:00. Each food container was close to empty, cold and tasted as if it was omitted for HOURS. Egg rolls are soggy, spring rolls are soggy, the 3 chicken wings were black as they were cooked 5x. The crab legs were on ice. He broke one up and it was mush and black slime inside, told them and they just said his other crab? NO, crab is not black and slim inside, if you need too long on the heat floor, then put it on ice. The bowl n eat shrimps where as hard and dry as ever and left a taste in my mouth that took hours to go away. They had about 19 old dried spices available. It was the WORSE FOOD I have in my life. My 8 months old could ate EVERYTHING because they were all so muddy. I'll call the health department tomorrow morning. I feel sick. Check out the latest 20 reviews and filter them up to date. This place should be switched off and out of business!!!!!! Look at the pictures I took. They gave me a $5 discount because I said crab should not be muddy and black after they wouldn't say what kind of crab it is. We are in Florida, what crabs do you eat, this is muddy, black, slim and on ice???????? My suggestion is to eat taco bell from the garbage before you ever foot in this place.
Got there a little after 4pm. The sushi selection was very limited and beyond dry. The spring rolls were nothing but mush. I tried a fried dumpling and I couldn't even bite through it. Egg rolls were also hard as a rock. Everything there had been sitting out since noon it looked like. After the first few bites I wanted to walk out but figured you get what you pay for( or so I thought) I figured it was 7-10 dollars each but no, it was $15 each! The waitress stood behind me the whole time talking on her air pods( headphones). I got one refill and it came back wrong. By far the worst dinning experience I've had in a long time. For the same price you can go to umami and get fresh, made to order food. I took a friend and feel so embarrassed I even recommend it. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
