Cassis is a must visit when in town! Highly recommend their small and beautifully made cakes. My favorite is the Cassis, a black currant cake with multiple layers of amazingness!
Came in for a croissant. After looking at their display case I chose a chocolate one. It was very buttery and flaky, just as it should be! There is also plenty of outdoor seating and a great place to enjoy some food in the sun. My only complaint is that there were 4 employees, 3 running the front and doing some inefficiency. There was a long line when I walked in, but it seemed like all 3 employees were helping the same customer at once. So it took a long time to get through the line.
If you're looking for a place that has both good coffee and pastries this is it. I had a flourless chocolate cake and the daily latte choice which was Rose water latte and I have only enjoyed every part of it. The cake was rich and the texture was perfect. It was served chilled which is the best way to serve that kind of cake. As for the latte I was excited they offered it especially with oat milk. Alternatives shows this shop cares!
Had brunch, potatoes were raw in the middle.. their was animal fur in my eggs, but more than that, they brought me a water that had to be water from a dog bowl as a joke smelled terrible!!, fur floating in the glass water (slightly cloudy with hair/fur in the water ..After I ate the food I was sick with food poisoning..
