Contribuisci feedbackI can hardly believe I'm saying this since Chick-fil-A and Starbucks have always been my go-to places for great customer service (or at least they used to be), but now the staff seems rude and indifferent, and they can't even get orders right anymore. It’s really disheartening. Additionally, if you try to call the restaurant, nobody answers, and they never return voicemails either. Today was the last straw for me. I will never return to this location, and I will warn everyone I know in the area to avoid it as well. I've noticed that many other reviews share similar experiences, which is unfortunate to see, but at least it reassures me that I'm not alone in this. It seems to be a systemic issue that starts at the top of the chain. The lack of care, respect, and simply getting orders right shows that the management has zero standards for their team.
I explained my situation to the employee, but he didn't offer any assistance. To me, this is poor customer service. Just because I had to wait in line for ten minutes and the app failed me, I was told I “couldn’t get breakfast.” I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and left without any food, while I saw cars ahead of me leaving with their breakfast orders. It all felt very trivial and disappointing.
The staff is generally friendly, and the food is usually served quickly. However, they should stop placing napkins on top of the large fries container. When you order large fries, you expect to receive a full serving, not a smaller portion with napkins stuffed on top to make it seem fuller. This has happened several times, so now I have to double-check my order every time I get large fries. Customers should receive exactly what they pay for.
As far as food they are great. But as far as the interview process. The guy who interviewed me today was very rude and made me feel very belittled. His facial expressions also were not very nice. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a job interview before.I definitely will not be working for that location. They need someone more professional and not so rude to manage and interview!
Now I go to chick FIL a at least 3 times a week and my friend recently told me this location has went down hill however it's closest to my house and on my way to work I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon I received a salad with of course no bacon butalso no egg and I completely understand the inflation of prices but $10 for this ? I had to go back inside and ask them for theegg and expressed how small the salad was they added the egg and sent me on my way currently deleting the CFA APP thanks
