Heavy?s has been feeding me for six years, and the food is always so good. Big ox, ribs and pulled pig. Baked and crushed pieces are good. Soul food is good. Mac, Greens, beans.

10 out of 10 definitely recommend Heavy's. I had the pleasure of working with Heavys as my wedding supervisor. We had about 80 people, and everyone always said how much they enjoyed the food. For the Hors d?oeuvres we had cocktail shrimps and hot wings, and for dinner it was buffet style, we had the Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Normandy Blend vegetables, Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, Cornbread and a cooking salad. Everything was amazing, and it was worth paying for the price. Frances was so sweet to work, she answered all my questions I had for the menu and more, communication was smooth and prompt. And the staff at the wedding was also very friendly. If you are looking for GREAT food, working good people, please make sure you reach them!

Fought the St Pete Festival Transport and 22nd St. Construction to get out of this southern food-seelcare gemach. I had her meat, green beans, Mac n cheese and deeds? Salad. A $13 bargain! If your in the mood for some southern hospitality and delicious soul food.. this is DEFINITELY the place to go!! The food is amazing.. but the staff is soooo friendly and polite you have an instant feel of family there!! I can't wait to go back again!! ???
