Ichibam Japanese Restarurant Sushi

This is our favorite restaurant in St Pete. Nice and friendly owners. I’m a big sushi fan, which I highly recommend. Curry and all else is good as well.

Unassuming Japanese restaurant located just outside of downtown St Pete. The sashimi dinner was huge and well priced! My yellow tail wasn't super fresh but everything else was!

I mainly enjoy the sushi at this restaurant. Every time I go, I usually order two regular rolls and experiment with a new specialty roll, and I've loved all of them. The Two Friends roll was especially delightful. I'm fortunate that this place is so nearby. Be prepared for about a 45-minute wait on sushi orders, so it's best to call ahead before you're really hungry; however, it's always worth the wait!

I only tried the sushi dumplings, but wow, they were absolutely delicious! I've had sushi from various restaurants, but this was by far the most flavorful and freshest tasting sushi I've ever experienced. The dumplings were equally amazing!

We ordered the beef fried rice, Ichiban boneless duck in panang curry, chicken panang curry, spicy tuna, and Key West sushi rolls. The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. We will definitely return!
