Mcdonald's - SAINT PETERSBURG

I go to Walmart for basic car maintenance and grab a bite at McDonald's while I wait. The staff there are excellent and my food is always fresh and tasty. It's definitely my favorite McDonald's in St. Pete!

The service was quick and the staff were friendly, but I had an issue with the manager. She always seems to be in a bad mood and is quite curt with everyone. I ordered a frappe around 8 PM through the app, and she shouted, "Who placed this frappe order?!?" When a staff member explained that it was a mobile order, she turned to me and said, "No frappes. The machine isn't working." I asked how I could get a refund, and she simply replied, "We don't issue refunds for app orders." So, I decided to just get a large Coke instead and accepted the loss of $2.39. Overall, the place is clean and efficient, and the other staff members are wonderful!
