Last week, I purchased a mountain bike from the Walmart on Central Avenue, but within 24 hours, the tire tube went completely flat. When I returned to that Walmart, I discovered they didn’t carry the replacement tube I needed. However, this place not only had the right tube in stock but also installed it for me at a fantastic price and in no time, all while providing outstanding customer service!

They are amazing! During my last training ride for a race, I ended up with a flat tire and didn’t have a spare tube with me. I brought my tire in, as I had an appointment set for the next day to get it fixed right before my flight to the race. However, they were so helpful and took care of it for me on the spot. I truly appreciated their support when I needed it most! I can't thank everyone enough!

You’ll come here and get a good buying experience and feel happy with your decision! I was first helped by Thang, and he helped me get a better idea of what I was looking for. I couldn’t decide so I came back after lunch and was helped by Anthony. when I tell you this is one of the best customer service experiences, I truly mean it. Anthony was hilarious but also knowledgeable and kind. I haven’t gotten on a bike in YEARS and was feeling nervous during my test ride. Anthony encouraged me and pushed me (with his words of course). Even though it was a rainy day outside, everyone here was all sunshine and smiles. this is why it’s important to support shop local!!
