Auberge De La Reine Jeanne

A hotel in Saint-Remy-de-Provence very central and well located. It has a Michelin star restaurant, although we decided to try local cuisine. The Wi-Fi of the room stopped working on the second day, and the first was slow enough. It has no elevator to climb the second floor so we have to carry the bags weight, although at the reception they took one of the small ones. The best of the hotel is definitely its location, from where you can walk to any place in the city.

Very nice place, both outside and inside. Excellent service. The presentation is beautiful and the excellent flavors. Absolutely not disappointed!

At the inn of Saint Rémy it is a love story that lives and writes in 4 hands in the kitchen. Fanny Rey, is inhabited by his creations, his kitchen is a work of art. It is a woman’s cuisine, refined subtle and strong that plays with our emotions and all our senses. Jonathan Wahid takes over brilliantly with his pastry so soft and light that we still need it... We still don’t understand why the second star doesn’t come!!! Special mention to the sommelier Mathieu who lets us discover pepits each time and all the staff. Small flat, for the rooms that you find quite impersonal (and a little noisy for some while the decoration and the arts of the restaurant table are chosen with an exquisite taste. The inn of Saint Rémy remains an unforgettable experience that we want to relive very quickly!

A beautiful discovery of this historic Auberge! an exceptional kitchen!, Cheffe Fanny deserves two Michelin stars high! To discover without fault! Congratulations to all the team for their professionalism. J-FG.
