Despite most tables being empty and outside being chilly the young waiter did not want to let us sit inside under the pretext that our hotel had booked a table on the terrace. The food was average and very expensive. There was not a great choice on the menu either. The bathroom was not very clean and there were no napkins, only dirty folder towels that had turned grey. They imitated high end restaurants by bringing additional appetisers but the crackers were old and soft, the bread was not fresh, the custards had gone bad. When we ordered tea, the waiter brought two tiny pots for 5 people, which did not even fill two cups. When we asked for a bigger teapot he was surprised. We then realised that the hotel staff who had recommended the place was friends with the owner! Avoid this restaurant, because those who recommend it know the manager or the restaurant's boss. The dishes are expensive and poor quality. The service is abominable because servers can't even speak politely to customers and ignore you. Amusing mouths aren't even fresh and are soft. The flanks were turned (or made with perime dairy products). The toilet and towels in the toilet were dirty. When we ordered the the the server arrived with two small heres that did not fill even two cups but this for 5 people. The hotelier who recommended this restaurant should repent! She ruined our visit to Saint Remy.
We loved everything, mathias. Thanks to valerie for its warm welcome and mathias for the gourmet menu. I recommend all this restaurant. husband and daniel
Exceptional! the meal was excellent, the warm welcome and the lady in charge of the room available and attentive.
A unique menu but a multitude of flavors, fresh products and an efficient and smiling service.
A wonderful site, a lady who receives us divinely today as at the time of proust, valery and a chef who makes to rucorate the Saint-Remoise cuisine, wakes her up, rushes you, it’s magical far from the city’s swelling with magnificent views of the alpilles, the chef would deserve to be officially stared even if he is already! We also taste their wines, cocktails and of course the Aberlour!
