I met the restaurant La Mirabelle a long time ago, at least 15 years old. I always remembered that he had not paid a mine at first, but that I enjoyed the atmosphere and the presence near the chef in his kitchen. Then came the meal and there a true revelation. A pleasure for taste buds, a wonder for the eyes. I never forgot the extraordinary dessert I enjoyed today. A brooch of mango and pineapple grilled on a bed of rice with coconut milk. It was the holidays and I never managed to return to the area, but I dream of finding La Mirabelle a beautiful day.
