Buffalo Grill - Saint-Saturnin

We’ve eaten here on at least occasions in the last 9 years and this will be the last. Today, Friday 31st August 2018. I know French eat later, but at 18h30 I’d expected better. My wife’s gammon steak was a re-heat from lunch service, my sons steak, ordered well done was well charred, but cold in the middle, so again a reheat, and my burger as asked for medium was cooked to death. The mixed starters were also victims of double fried. This was the worst visit and it will be the last. When i complained after the mains, they just said, ok, would you like desert. No apology. I’ve attached my receipt in case anyone thinks this is a set up or a moan, and if anyone from Buffalo Grill can identify the servers and kitchen staff, then I’d like a refund as I’ll be talking to MasterCard when I get home. Very poor show

Had dinner here during a one night stop over while heading south. Has changed very little in 20 years Wild West theme serving American style food, burgers, ribs etc. Food was ok, not quite as good as I remember it from years back, and not particularly cheap for what it was. Restaurant was busy but service was good even though the waiter was rushed off his feet. Would recommend if staying close by and you need something convenient and tasty.

From welcome to meal , terrible! I chose the most expensive entrecote. A bit of fat is ok but 75% is too much. Frites tasted like they were warmed up for the 5th time. Sauce had a layer on it . Waitresses uninterested, never again!!!

Waiting very long between the dishes are not very good. many are frozen and warmed. We've seen the kitchen we're not coming back

The reception is good but the equipment bench and table leave to be desired .. it would be good to refresh the furniture ! for the rest nothing to say is worthy of a grilled buffalo. normal, welcome salad, grilled meat fried ice cream. fast and cheap
