Cotard Chocolatier Glacier

I'm not writing about the restaurant, but the chocolate which is sold here. I'm salivating as I write this. His filled chocolates are the most creative I have encountered -- filled withvarious liqueures combined with the freshest fruit, or caramel, and other exotic ingredients. And, they are beautiful half-balls covered in striking colours, of shocking pink, brilliant orange and green among others. Each flavour has it's own colour. Lovely people, amazing chocolate, perfect for any chocoholic.

One must try this incredible Chocolatier. it's a burst of savor into your mouth I have never tasted anything like this even in Europe.

I didn't eat there because the restaurant wasn't open last time I was in Quebec. But the CHOCOLATES!! OMG. I bought 12 to share with my brother and his wife. I returned twice more in 2 weeks and sent them to my brother for his birthday. So good, I could eat just one a day and be satisfied. This an award-winning chocolatier and I can see why. His combination of flavours are unusual and delicious. I found the service to be friendly and knowledgable. If you are in the neighbourhood, you must try some.

We bought some chocolate to offer our hosts on Valentine night. The shop offers a wide variety, but unfortunately, the staff was unable to advise was the various chocolates were.

Very good chocolates. Large selection. Some flavour seems ackward but they work. The classic ones are fantastic. I did not know what to expect but we now go there all the time.
