I had an amazing Valentine's Day meal at Boss in the Ovens. The foie gras delicacy on a bed of Italian ham was presented beautifully and the scallops with risotto that followed were cooked to perfection. The duck with orange sauce was also delicious. The evening ended on a sweet note with a chocolate heart dessert, the chef's specialty. Thank you to Rigory for providing us with a wonderful gourmet experience.
