Bubba Garcia's Mexican Cantina

Dining on St. Simon’s Island can be quite pricey, but if you’re looking for a more affordable option, Bubba Garcia’s is the place to go. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. My wife ordered the Steak Quesadilla and I opted for the Shrimp Fajitas. Both dishes were served with rice, black beans, salad, sour cream, and Pico de gallo. The food was fresh and flavorful, with vibrant vegetables and perfectly cooked shrimp and steak. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning to Bubba Garcia’s when we visit St. Simon’s Island again.

Great margaritas, plenty of good food and good service

Dined in on a Friday night. Loved the casual, friendly atmosphere. Not many tables, and all were full, so we sat at the bar. Bartender was great, checked on us often and kept us filled. Had the Paleo Plate and Enchiladas (pork, ground beef and chicken). Both dishes were amazing. Somehow even the black beans were better than most places! Highly recommend the prickly pear margarita!! We will definitely be back!
