The manager Kenyon is phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. Pizza and garlic knots are the best.
Staff named Carla is incredibly rude and hard to deal with. Other staff are amazing but it is very difficult to overcome the approach when entering the store and greeted with such a negative person. I recommend getting pizza from any other place thanhere.
This site has, by far, the worst web ordering of any place that I know. It repeatedly asks totally unnecessary questions and it does not matter what you answer. It asked me to reset my password no less than 3 times and even though it had 9 payment methodson file for me, it would not take any of my credit cards until I completely re entered the information which has now created 10payment methods 4 of which are exactly identical. It is absolutely horrible and if I had been in a location with more optionsthey would have lost my business forever. Someone in IT needs to do something about it. I've complained before to themanagement of the local store but, obviously, to no avail. I'm now playing a guessing game to see if the order makes it to myhouse or not.
Manager was very rude over the phone when I called checking in on my order because the app was telling me my order was still in prep 45 mins later. Probably won't order from this domino's ever again. No matter how busy you are you should never be rude toyour customers..
