Legends Tavern - Saint Thomas

They have the best wings in town along with many other options. Not a great place to talk as it's usually packed but good food, great service Nd a great place to watch the game.

Went for a Tuesday afternoon lunch and was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and enjoyed watching the baseball game on TV. I had the veggie burger with fries and found it to be quite tasty. My mother had the Legendary Burger- it was huge! She took half of it home to enjoy later. My daughter had the crispy pickles, and the elephant tail for dessert. Yum! The waitress was very friendly and the food hot. Will try it out again.!

Ordered burger and Gluten free bun, but waitress served me regular bun. Took one bite and knew it was not GF and discretely spit it out into napkin. Asked waitress if bun was GF and she said oops sorry then handed us the cheque. When we went to pay there was no offer of discount or compensation. We were in a hurry and didn't have time to push the issue. On a positive note, the fries were very good.

To be fair we don't usually eat at pub grub places but decided to give it a try because of gluten free options. I had the philly cheese steak sandwich. The fries were way under done and the sandwich was bland and tasteless. My wife had the salmon which she said was really good except for the asparagus which was so tough it was inedible.Seems to me if all they have is substandard asparagus then they should serve something else instead of pawning off garbage on customers. Decent place, service was good. We will think twice about going back. Maybe we should have ordered nachos,wings and beer....maybe they can get that right 3 out of 5

We have been going to Legends for many years now and it is always a great place to eat.The wings are superb with many sauce flavours to choose .They have a special everyday/night of the week .Pizza's are terrific and the burgers are also superb. The service is excellent and staff are very attentive(everybody knows Margo and has enjoyed her abilities as a server and communicator)
