Subway - Saint Thomas

I would give this place a zero if I could. I placed an online order at the 965 Talbot St location, but when I clicked submit, the toppings on my subs changed. I called the store to fix the mistake, but two employees insisted that no order had been placed and that I needed to bring in my bank statement as proof. I went in with proof of my order, only to find that my incorrect order was ready. I explained the situation—that I had called about the wrong toppings and was told that I hadn’t placed an order—but they claimed it was too busy to monitor the orders. There was only one other couple in the shop, and two employees were doing nothing. When I asked for my subs to be made correctly, they refused. The manager pretended he didn't remember our earlier conversation from half an hour ago. I explained that there were ingredients on the sub I couldn’t eat, but he said it was too bad because that was what was ordered. He was extremely rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service at this location, but it will definitely be the last.

This Subway is my favorite location I've ever visited. As someone born in Toronto who has tried various Subway restaurants, I can confidently say this one is the best. I consider myself a regular, and the manager, Safaa, knows my order by heart. I even hope to get a job here because the staff has made my experience wonderful every time! The food is always of high quality, and the recent renovations look beautiful and modern.

Went in to grab a sub, and the young girl working there was very rude and made it obvious she did not want to be there.
