They closed the dine-in at 745 pm . Pretty inconvenient, . Even the girl was taking order from drive through was rude . Date 23 April 2024 time 8 pm writing this review. Hope management will see this . Service: 1

This place has the most inconsistent hours. Multiple times have come here in the evening only to find out its closed. Its a guessing game to see if they will actually be open. Don't waste your time here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru to get some iced coffee with my mom. As I was ordering my usual iced coffee, the employee on the speaker seemed to have trouble hearing me so my mom took over and ordered the rest. I went to correct a mistake and as I was trying to speak, the girl on the intercom whispered oh my god very rudely. There was no one else behind us, so I 'm not sure why she felt the need to be so unpleasent. Unfortunately her name tag was faded, but I think it said Kaitlyn? It was around 4:45pm today. Either way, very disappointed in the service and feel very angry being treated with such disrespect. Will not be returning to this location. However, the gentleman at the window was very kind and helpful.

This morning (October 28, 2023) at 5:05am there were 3 vehicles waiting to order (including myself) as this store opens at 5am. We all waited over 10 minutes before we all decided to leave because nobody was taking our order. As I’m pulling up passed the window, you can see 2 staff members standing behind the desk chatting. Now this is the timmies that’s closest to where I live and I have to work at 6am. This store always has the most miserable and disrespectful staff members with poor costumer service. This store needs a lot of work before they start losing business.
