Even in October, the garden is beautiful and the flooded facade of fuschias is superb. We have lunched in the beautiful veranda under glass and the room is relaxing and bright. the pleasant and caring service. We enjoyed our meal from beginning to end, it's pretty, appetizing, greedy and hearty.
Perfect professional stay as always, very pleasant reception the meal is absolutely delicious the service is very attentive. soon
We dined in that part of the restaurant which is a covered inner court-yard. Very pleasant, though possibly 1 or 2 degrees more heat would have been nice. The food was really exceptionally good: very interesting vegetables, herbs and spices added to excellent principal food. St Vaast oysters are very nice... The sommelier really knew his business: try the Chinon white by the glass) and a Camut Calvados. Tops.
A terrible meal in a wonderful location. Our favourite hotel in St. Vaast now has a menu almost entirely devoid of flavour. We started with a bland onion soup, main courses, served with bitter tough leeks and cabbage, accompany mean-spirited minuscule portions of fish for both the starters and main courses; followed by completely tasteless desserts delivered in such small intricate portions I wondered if we had ordered from the Children’s Menu. The formerly marvellous Les Fuchsias restaurant now offers a bio healthy eating regime more suited to weight reduction than fine dining. This is not Norman cooking ... but we hope for better times in this lovely restaurant.
Dîné avec un petit bébé service accueil impeccable, cuisine très bonne, ambiance général excellente avec le petit clown de bébé.
