Contribuisci feedbackWe had a nice meal again in this local restaurant, which was taken over this season by the Restoleil Group. You have a new friendly staff and a new menu that holds local French mountain dishes as well as a variety of other meat and meat dishes for families and couples. They also offer a takeaway menu as well as pizza and pasta. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely attentive, although they were all new and were only open for 10 days. You have developed the decking in front of the restaurant for some apres skiing. Well done, we'll be back.
Excellent service and the food was excellently presented and very tasty. We visited before and never swore to return, but discovered that it had changed hands and what a difference the new owners made.
Stayed for the week in January and visited here daily for hot chocolate, drinks, takeaway pizza and lunch. Very friendly staff and fantastic food. Sunshine on both sides of the building that is a bonus. Fondue and Croque Monsieur was delicious!
My family and friends were left dumbfounded after a shocking dinner experience at La Bergerie and I strongly recommend anyone with a booking during half term ski week think twice before eating here. The food is simply dreadful. Trying to be constructive, I asked to...speak to the manager at the end of the meal having suffered poor customer service, a rude waitress and awful food that didn’t match the description on the menu. After some discussion we had 2 items removed from the bill, and then paid, and I thought all was perfectly pleasant, but as we walked away the male manager handed us ‘a present’ in form of a folded piece of paper which is the photo attached to this. I turned to ask him why he felt the need whereupon he simply started to repeat ‘gendarmerie, yes, gendarmerie, yes’ and then gestured to us to get out in front of everyone. I’ve never experienced anything like it before in France or anywhere for that matter we were hounded out of the restaurant with four children with us he scared my youngest to tears) and it’s gone from being our favourite establishment last year to something not worthy of any further visits. It’s not often I feel compelled to write a bad review but I suggest you don’t go here if you don’t want to waste a load of money and have a very unpleasant experience. I’m still in shock as to how we were treated when trying to give some constructive feedback..
