Un restaurant sympathique dans un village classé. Tarifs raisonnables. Bon service ni trop long ni trop rapide. Des spécialités locales bien cuisinées. Réservation conseillée.

Bonne cuisine, belle terrasse vue sur le Tarn ombragée. Excellent service classe et sympathique. Les ris d'agneau étaient sublimes , bon vin blanc local Les Cabridelles. Comptez 50 à 55€ par personne tout compris.

I ate at the Auberge du Moulin this afternoon with my 91-year-old mother. We had an excellent welcome. There were people there but the servers took care of us. The dishes are delicious local and cooked well! I recommend Mireille Dufournet The lime tree in the Cévennes

We had lunch at the inn on Wednesday everything was perfect the service and the menu nothing was missing our server (despite the crowd) took the time to ask us if everything was okay we had a great time and we recommend this establishment without hesitation

Stay in April 2023, 1 night: Very warm welcome, beautiful attic room. We ate very well in a lovely setting. The hotel is well located and very well maintained, the waiters and owners take great care. stay in May 2024, 2 nights: Very good times at the restaurant. The same team as in 2023: professional, friendly, in short a great stay in a magnificent region. To be done with half board or room menus at the restaurant, the service/price ratio is great. In short, we loved it.
