I have been ordering in this restaurant for years either to take away or in delivery, tonight we have been delivered hot dishes, completely cold, as well as sushi, without sauce... I remind the merchant, stipulating that the hot dishes were completely glazed and that there were sauces, the boss, tells me that we will deliver the hot dishes and the sauces... She contacted me 10 minutes later by phone telling me that I give her hot dishes that was cold! In full Covid, it is an aberration, I tell her in my message, she tells me that it is her manager who asks her to return the products! I find this aberrant, a lack of customer confidence, deplorable hygiene rules! I dare not imagine the state of the kitchen! These foods were on the table with my guests, they go back to the kitchen to be warmed for other customers, or not, I dare imagine the worst! I would never recommend in this restaurant again!
