I tried to speak in English, but the waitress Claudette insisted on speaking in French... the beef was in a bad taste, burned...

The service was excellent and the ribs were delicious. I was very satisfied, as always, when Annabel served us. She was very friendly and attentive, making us feel like she was there just for us.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning and asking for our waitress Jackie.

The salad bar is rich and well present, the meals are good and the wings of extraordinary chickens. the service leaves to be desired, as soon as the customers arrive it is the mess in the service, the orders are not given and they arrive cold at our table. The waitresses lack training to manage their tables. We have to leave because the dishes arrive too late.Jamais come to see if everything goes and the waitresses are not really helped by the floor manager when there are many customers. the bathrooms are very poorly maintained and dirty.

I love going to this franchise even though I'm not a franchise chain lover, as explained in my other reviews. But it always seems to be good at any of these locations in Quebec. Always fresh and reasonably priced and clean. I love the fact they offer a great salad bar at most locations. Are food was perfect the salad and soups were fresh. The only down fall is I don't speak French very well but I find that most of the staff trys there hardest to communicate as best they can. This is one of my favorites when traveling through the province of Quebec.
