Experience with disappointing paella. The paëlla lacked character, the rice was too cooked, nothing crispy or good grilled, basic ingredients at least... Really without any more to awaken our senses: shrimps, mussels, chicken/pers, rice with spice after... where were Poivron? Chorizo? It made me think of a community paëlla. Prefer a chicken that's the specialty, what I'll do next time, they look delicious. For a good paëlla there are good craftsmen in the market of Saint Laurent who do it in front of you, with good well-stocked ingredients that make the taste buds dance. After the staff is very nice. I only put two stars because I expect a catererer to know how to do, a personal paw, a desire to please you... to get you back... Not just a correct paella that leaves no trace.

Chicken potatoes fries a treat. Paella is good. The very kind gentleman. I recommend.
