A Mon Idee - Sainte-Menehould

After a warm and fun welcome from the person in charge, my companion and I took at the entrance of the domestic foie gras as well as scalopes of foie gras. There is nothing to say except that it was really delicious (almost better than on the large surface in the big manufacturers) We continued the meal on a beef tartar and a calf rice.
