The worst service of all time. The owner, waitress, and another person eat between 8 PM and 9 PM. No water, no service during the hour we were there.
A beef pho soup with rare beef and noodles, with only 4 pieces of beef in it! The rest of the soup was just noodles! They shouldn't trick the customer like that...
