Rocco Rico - Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

An extremely badly organized service and an arrogant owner. It took a long time to show the attention of the unfriendly staff to the table we had reserved. Then it took longer to take our order. One of my daughters only wanted two side orders because she was not very hungry. The owner came to the table and said that we had to order a main course for them and that it was not possible to order only a secondary dish. I said it should be the client to decide what they want to eat, what he saw differently. I decided to go next door, where we were served, what we wanted with a smile. The fish cookery in Rocco Rico is wonderful: simply prepared and SO full of flavour! We went there two evenings in a row and ate from the formula menu; great flavours and excellent value for money. The artisinal ice cream is exquisite too! One of us was pescatarian and I need to eat gluten-free, and in both cases we were well served.
