Went through the drive through to get and iced coffee this morning and tried to use my survey coupon which I get all the time and do as usually the staff at Tim's is lovely all over the city but not at the loch lomand location they treat customers like very poorly and make up there own rules saying that I couldn't use my surveys that they had expired ?! I have since used one and they aren't expired at all . At first they told me that the survey wasn't for there location but I know that you can use that at any tims then when I questioned that they said that the codes where expired ? I don't usually leave bad reviews but this isn't the first time this Tim's and these two very same employees in drive through have treated me this way . I will not be going back to this location . Unacceptable behaviour !

Got 2 plain bagels 1 had a swimming pool of butter and the other 1 had a big foot, foot print and went to return it and the lady looked at me like I was an idiot for brining it back Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
