Pizza Chez Rose

I have ordered there twice and each time something is missing. Last time I order the mega special with 2 pizza and 1 fries, they forgot the fries. I call to find out if I can have my pizza, the receptionist practically sends me for a walk, telling me that she only has 4 delivery people and that it's the Rush and not to wait for my pizza too quickly. I will never order there again.

Bad service and poor communication. I wouldn't order there again. Error on the order and poor listening to customer requests.

We ordered 4 subs, but the delivery driver only brought 2 of them along with the poutine. It took 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, and we had to call twice to follow up. The cook had prepared the missing subs, but did not know which delivery driver had left. Next time, I'll have my daughter place the order.

This restaurant served me the worst Poutine I have ever had. It was already cold when I received it, and the restaurant itself was unsanitary with hair and insects on the tables. The employees were not clean. It was so bad that even the stray dog outside didn't want it.

The quality of my experience at this restaurant depends on the excellent service I receive over the phone and from the delivery drivers. They are friendly and attentive.
