Dolphin Terrazza Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah

I made a reservation through Opentable, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they claimed that they did not have any reservation system in place. Despite showing them the booking confirmation, they still denied having any record of it. This ruined our plans to celebrate a birthday dinner at the restaurant, so we ended up leaving. It was a disastrous experience.
