Unfortunately un welcoming staff at all (poor hospitality skills) Staff got one of the orders wrong and had to reorder again The wooden chairs are damaged not comfortable..

Rahul an employee at Pappa Roti coffee shop in Salalah, has been very very helpful and respectful. Mostly , he was following the regulations due to Covid-19 , I was impressed I even want to come back again during the pandemic. The service was satisfactory and elegant. Excellent Tea and hot beverage they serve their. The customer service they have is great. Specially the guy named Firoz is very pleasfull. Good atmosphere and seating they have.

Excellent tea and buns, we had an issue I sent my son to get fresh bun one of the employees said he can not make new buns as the buns already made have to sold first otherwise company will deduct the old buns from his salary.
