Ginos Plaza Angel - Salamanca

While on a road trip of Spain we visited Salamanca. We chose Ginos Ristorante to eat our evening meal at. The restaurant was not busy with only a couple of tables in use at our visit. The Decor looks very nice and inviting. What a let down, they only had one portion of bolognaise lasagne, when we ordered two. Vegetarian lasagne was then ordered. When the food came the Calzone pizza was not cooked. The dough was uncooked and the contents cold. Which was taken back to the staff and pointed out it was not cooked. We where not asked if we would like black pepper and Parmesan for the Carbonara either. We had to go and ask a member of staff for these, as the staff didn’t ask if we needed anything else when leaving the meals. The whole experience was a total let down. How can you get it so wrong Ginos ???? Basic service needs looking at……..

La comida buenísima y el trato por parte de los empleados no ha podido ser mejor.He salido encantado.

Todo lo bien dentro de lo q esperas de la marca , lo único el servicio q aunq había 2 mesas en todo el local tuve q esperar mas de 10 min para la cuenta !!!

Fuimos al de la plaza del mercado y me encantaría felicitar por aquí a la chica que nos atendió. No se como se llama pero tenía el pelo rojo/rosa. Decir que fue ENCANTADORA es quedarse corto, nos atendió súper bien y nos estuvo explicando, ya que teníamos algunas dudas sobre qué escoger. Muchísimas gracias por tu atención, con gente así da gusto!
