Chatted with the person working there who explained she is a fully trained pastry chef and that whilst the food is prepared in a kitchen that has gluten (they also have a restayrant) the gluten free items are prepared separately in a fully wiped down area. We had just had lunch so didn't buy any food but she was knowledgeable about cross-contamination and we any my coeliac daughter would have felt completely comfortable eating their food. NB the cafe is called Time Traveller, with an entrance on the street and I guess there is a separate entrance to The Estuary Club that it is part of. No idea if the restaurant itself does gluten-free coeliac safe food.
