Seasons Grand Estancia - Salem

Stayed in Grand Estancia again this weekend. Rooms are both comfortable and elegant. The hotel has spacious parking where visitors could park their vehicle easy. So, the hotel always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from a different places. I really like it because the environment is warm and it offers a good service. Also the views from my room was very pretty facing the small hills of Salem. The hotel staffs are amiable, professional and they welcomed all of us with the wariness of their heart. They always smiled when they treat the guests. Besides, the food of the hotel's restaurant was delicious. I was pleased with all the dishes there. One of the important things about the hotel is the cost. It’s cheaper than the neighborhood comparable hotels' special room rates. In short, Grand Estancia is an amazing hotel and it’s a good choice for accommodating for visitors to Salem town.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are maintained well, hygiene and clean. Location is good and easily accessible. They have valet service, no need to worry about parking. Worth for money.

Stayed for three nights from 18 the may. Received a warm welcome From the entry, friendly receptionists, cooperative check in process. Food quality offered in buffet is delicious, except pastries. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, but there is no proper maintanence of AC, chillness cannot be felt. Informed for fixing up the issue ended with change of room. Check the quality of AC before check in.

Was a very decent stay indeed. The rooms very spacious and hygienic. Service and hospitality is to specially mentioned. Food was a bit on the expensive side but was delicious. I went for event with my friends there.... They have huge party hall and a spacious garden.

Very comfortable stay. Good quality of breakfast. Lot of variety. It's a good stay for business travellers. Right on highway. Great view from room. But bathroom fixtures are old. Bathroom drain needs to be fixed. Water goes very slowly. That is dangerous and slippery. All switches in room were not working. So entry lobby light could not be switched off.
