Server walked by plenty of time and didn 't even acknowledge us, so my family and I just got up and left. Never in our lives we ever had to do that. We had bad service before but not like this. We ate at plenty of 99 resturant but this was the first we ever had to walk out. I can understand that there were less servers but at least acknowledge us and say im sorry for the wait or give us our water at least or give us another bowl of popcorn for our kids.
Classic 99 experience. Great, affordable food! Cocktails left something to be desired, but for the prices of them and the beer and wine, you can't really go wrong. There apparently is outdoor seating in nicer weather, can't wait to try it out
Me and my gfs first time here. We enjoyed the atmosphere but what separated this place from a typical dining experience is the gracious hospitality and service. Because we were first timers, we were given a free appetizer. Our server, Cheryl, was prompt, had a charming personality and our orders were expedient. It’s apparent that the mottos at the door for providing that first time memorable experience is a creed they take seriously and I’m grateful for that. If I visit again, this place will be in my return too list : .
When we got there our waitress was nice but couldn’t hear our orders because it was super loud. She forgot my potato’s and my moms steak was not cooked. They gave us free desert for our inconveniences.
I like the 99's food, it's what you'd expect. It's not fancy, but it's not McDonald's. I personally love their fish and chips, that's what I try to get each time. Their southern fried chicken is also very good. Considering it's a fancier fast-food chain. The atmosphere depends on the day. Some are very lively, other times completely dead.
