Blaze's Southern Style Ribs - Salem

This small place serves up some great food. Big chalk board menu on the wall. Had the gumbo. Yummy warm corn bread!

We had a variety of dishes from Blaze’s brought in for our staff lunch and it was incredibly delicious. Everyone repeatedly said how great everything tasted-plus our building smelled amazing for the rest of the day! I am thrilled this place is near home, too. We now have another awesome local place to grab a bite to eat.

The food here was great! Small dining room only seats 36 people and was a bit warm inside. Other than that it was definitely a Louisiana experience!

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME I HAD THE RIBS CHICKEN FISH COMBO with MAC CHEESE AND GREENS . THE OWNER AND HIS FAMILY WAS VERY WELCOMING GAVE ME BOWL GUMBO WHILE MY ORDER WAS BEING PREPARED. ILL BE BACK VERY SOON
