Boneshakers - Salem

This is an outstanding local restaurant with an impressive selection of draft beers. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it!

I dined there last night and started with the southwest egg rolls, which were absolutely delicious. For my main course, I chose the chicken and waffles, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent as well. I’m definitely planning to return soon.

The pictures I'm sharing are from our most recent visit, where some of the dishes were featured on the specials menu. My friend and I both had the lasagna, which came in a huge portion—I ended up taking half of mine home for lunch the next day! My wife enjoyed the salmon dinner and loved it as well. For appetizers, we had shrimp cocktail and the special bluefin crab dip, which was absolutely amazing! There wasn’t a single drop left when we finished! We will definitely be back! We visited during the Salem Super Cruise, when the city is filled with thousands of people and cars, yet Bone Shakers still managed to provide outstanding service despite being incredibly busy. The only downside was my side salad—it was fine, but just okay. The main meal, however, was where the real magic is!

What a fantastic restaurant! I ate inside, but the outdoor seating looked very inviting. It's been over 20 years since my last visit. The fish sandwich I had was amazing! Everyone else's dishes were great as well.

Our server, Ken, was cheerful, enthusiastic, and well-informed about the menu. He provided just the right amount of attention. If I return, I think I'll avoid the tuna and walleye and possibly just go for a burger instead. However, I must say that all the vegetables we had were cooked perfectly and very tasty.
