Burger King - Salem

It's Burger King, but the standout aspect of my visit was the incredibly friendly service from the woman who served me. She offered me ketchup without me even asking, which was a nice touch. Even though she seemed to be having a tough day, she maintained a positive attitude, which is a rarity in fast food restaurants. I wish I had caught her name to give her a shout-out, but unfortunately, I didn't. If you’re in downtown Salem, Virginia, and you enjoy fresh French fries, this Burger King is definitely worth a visit!

Although there were a few occasions when it took a while for my food to arrive, I felt like crying out of frustration; the staff's courtesy and the excellent quality of the food more than compensate for the lack of speed that you might expect from a fast restaurant.
