Caramel French Patisserie - Salem

Although the pastries were tasty, we did not understand why both the coffee and pastries were served with disposable crockery and cutlery. That is outdated and it also takes away from the experience of having a nice coffee somewhere. Besides, why a spoon with your pastry and not a fork?

A must stop here for dessert. Excellent macarons!! Pistachio, birthday cake, and raspberry are the flavors we tried. Birthday cake... excellent, and Pistachio was out of this world good! Cute place too. We visited twice in during our trip!

The coffee was bitter.. but my chocolate croissant was flaky and delicious! I ordered a rainbow of macarons, which were not disappointing. My favorite was the lemon .

I went last week while on vacation, two separate times. The first time, the sweetest woman took my order. I got the raspberry macaron, and it was incredible. The second time I got the key lime pie. Also incredible. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and the atmosphere inside is so welcoming. You can tell that there is much love put into that place.
