Cindy Lou's - Salem

I always enjoy having some Cindy Lou's with my family. They offer outdoor seating, so you can either enjoy your meal there or take it to go. Johnny and the team consistently deliver delicious food. Today, our favorites were the brisket (as usual), the rice had a fantastic kick, and the mac and cheese was, as always, a hit! Thank you for taking such great care of us, everyone!

Wedding food is typically fairly lack luster...I said it. We did not want that, so we hired Cindy Lou's! Chopped brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese, potato salad, and garlic toast. They offer sauce on the side so that guests can use as much or as little asthey want. The number of guests who complimented the food throughout the night and following days was the only validation weneeded that we made the right decision! Cindy Lou's is easy to work with, accommodating, and damn delicious! Good people makinggreat food!

Fantastic food at great prices! I'm a big fan of the pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, and cheesy potatoes. I really wish these dishes were available on a permanent menu, as I often find myself checking their Facebook page to see if they're offering them before I decide to visit. I managed to get all the items in the photos for just $30. The spicy BBQ sauce packs quite a punch! I don't understand why other BBQ places seem to overshadow Cindy Lou’s; in my opinion, it’s the best in Salem. I’ve never been let down by their food!

The boys at Cindy Lou's are crushing the game. As a fellow event caterer, I was graced with Cindy Lou's presence at a recent event. I'm a big fan of self starters, good people, and excellent brisket All boxes were checked. Keep up the good work,Chris!

The food was fantastic! The brisket was so flavorful that I didn’t even need any sauce, although the sauce was delicious as well. The baked beans were great, and the jalapeño rice was excellent too. They catered our company’s retirement party from a food truck and served everyone with a smile. The staff was really friendly, and I would definitely recommend this place!
