Contribuisci feedbackIts Christmas day. Sent my husband to go get donuts, croissant sandwich, and couple of iced coffees driving on icy roads to get there. The kid at the drive through was the rudest kid. One of the coffees had a lemon put on the sticker which was not partof the coffee ordered so my husband questioned the kid and the kid snapped back at him saying does it look like theres a lemonin the coffee??!! I will NEVER go back to that dunks again! Rude!!!!
Store was closed other than drive thru early evening friday. I walked there. Got served without car thankfully. The donuts were not that good. Dunks was good a long time ago. It's like all the other big box stores quantity over quality. Sad.
I went into this Dunkin 's on Saturday 10/15/22... I paid for my order with cash and I also left a tip before my order was ready The donuts I ordered were stale. The snackin ' bacon was served to me cold with napkins that were scrunched into a balland tossed in the bag. The 2 employees that were on staff closed the dining room after I received my order and posted a sign onthe door that due to staffing shortages the dining was closed until further notice. This was at 12pm on Saturday. The lobbysign said they 're open until 8pm on Saturdays. Very Bad.
We tried the hummus toast with sun dried tomatoes; very good little snack. And the drinks were excellent as usual.
First time I have ever had someone complain about helping me at the window because it was COLD out I honestly can 't believe this happened. I had a free beverage on my app this morning and when I had gotten to the window the girl with blue hair (don 'tknow her name told me its not working it says you already used it. Confused, I looked at her and asked what she meant. Sheresponded with I don 't know what to say, we don 't own the app. (ok then. I refreshed the app and opened it up again in frontof her to find that the free beverage coupon was still in there and after scanning the second time it still didn 't work. Sheresponded with I don 't know what you want me to say. So I asked if the manager could look at it and she rolled her eyes at me I made a comment about her most obvious eye roll and she responded like she was having a tantrum and said I really don 't knowwhat you want me to do like its cold!! ...no words honestly, I 'm just shocked. The manager didn 't do anything either and Iended up paying for my free coffee which is now conveniently no longer showing in my app after they scanned it 3 times. I 'veactually never gone out of my way to write a bad customer review before on google but this was was too unreal to pass up. Nicecustomer service.
