Dunkin' - Salem

I stopped at the Dunkin donut by Walmart yesterday around 5:00 to pick up gift cards. I went in and no one working acknowledged me but I waited and no one waited on me. Shame on the people working. There was one person working the drive through and 3other people behind the counter. There weren?t any customers in the dining room. There?s no reason staff could not ring up mypurchase or at the very least acknowledge I was there. A simple ?we?ll be with you in a minute? would have worked I ended upleaving.without making a purchase

Normally I don't do this but they got me 3 times. I understand if your busy things don't come out as they should. But the last 3 times I've went they been slow its been wrong, and I got the same thing each time.

This Dunkin is my favorite location in the entire world. I visit frequently because I work right across the street, the workers there now know me by name and always provide such an amazing customer experience. They?re so friendly and bubbly and no matterhow tired I am they always brighten up my day with a perfectly made drink. They also get the drive thru moving very quicklydespite the fact that they only have one lane, unlike the other one across town. I highly recommend this one. I love it there!

Forgot to order my 2 year old son his hash browns so I asked Felicia(falicia) at the window politely to ad an order of hash browns. Told me I had to go back through the speaker again.. I said that?s kind of pointless since I?m the only person here. Gotan eye roll then she added them

Wow was just at Dunkin and waited forever for 4 regular drinks. They bring it out and have a sweet tea instead of coffee. Told the kid I needed an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Came back out with the tea again. Told me it was coffee. I said ok but Ineed cream in it. He took drink again and I went in as well. I see him just add cream to the tea and hands it back. I take adrink and yet again it?s tea. Tell him and get nothing but a very nasty attitude. Get home after everything guess what stilltea!!!! This kid needs to get outta customer service. Never been treated that horrible at this Dunkin!!!!
