Joe Mocha Bistro - Salem

I have lived about 10 years in salem. this is hands down not only the best coffee, but also the most consistent, my wife and I always come here if we don't risk getting bad coffee. they make their own chocolate for mocha, fry their own borons and their menu, while small, has no disappointing options. they also sell their whole roasted bean what we now use to house.

I always enjoy the coffee and food at this restaurant! I highly recommend trying their roasted marshmallow mocha, it is absolutely delicious.

There is no one in Salem that compares to Joe Mocha. They brew their own coffee on site using a Diedrich roaster, prepare high-quality made-to-order meals, offer fresh seasonal baked goods, and have a friendly and dedicated staff. I'm excited for when their dining room renovation is complete. Check out the picture of their delicious breakfast biscuit and coffee cake (available for takeout only at the moment).

Dipped in through the drive through for a midmorning coffee and early lunch. Staff was very friendly, and selection of foods was above and beyond your typical coffee shop. Got their Cesar salad and a moha. Both are quite delicious! Would visit again next time I'm in town.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this restaurant was quite surprising. I had heard good things and was excited to try it out. However, my breakfast biscuit was terrible. The square-shaped egg was unappetizing, but it was the soggy biscuit and burnt sausage that really ruined the meal for me. The Americano was decent, but I was disappointed to see that the worker wasn't wearing a mask. Additionally, the prices were on the higher side and the drive-through was cramped and felt claustrophobic. Once you are in line, there is no way to exit.
