The new menu is AWESOME!!! The cavatelli is on point!!! I'm SUPER EXCITED they have gone BACK to the ORIGINAL RECIPE!!! That's what I grew up on MOST of Salem did too!!! The prices are MORE then fair ESPECIALLY considering it is made FRESH by hand EVERYDAY!!! If you're looking for GOOD HOMEMADE Josie's is a MUST!!!!! And if you haven't tried their BROASTED Chicken TRY IT!!!! You won't be sorry! 2 stars at best. Girl behind the counter has the personality of a toad and always seems bothered by doing her job. Food was low quality. Small and extra light on cheese. For what we paid, they could do much better. $50 at dominos goes a LONG way. Unfortunately at Josie's you'll get 2 medium pizzas that are marketed as large, little toppings and skimpy cheese. You'll also get a fish dinner with 11 fries and 2 pieces of bluegill. You can also get a shrimp dinner with 13 fries, and a hummingbirds portion of shrimp. All in all, small portions, small toppings and small pizzas. Size aside, the quality just isn't there. Dough tastes and seemed very much like premade frozen. Honestly, I have had frozen pizzas that cooked up better. Save the cash, go to Domino's or the place on second street. Sorry guys, this is the last purchase for all of us.
