La Carreta De Mi Tierra Taqueria

The food at this restaurant is incredible, with a lot of flavor. The service may be a little slow, so be patient, but trust me, it's worth it! I appreciate that they stay open late and the atmosphere is really nice.

Two lengua tacos, two tripas tacos (extra crispy), and one pastor taco with a pineapple agua fresca. AMAZING! The service was great and the salsa bar is out of this world!

We stopped at La Carreta de mi Tierra on our way to Portland and were blown away by the amazing food! The tacos and tortas are 100% authentic, made with hand-made corn tortillas and accompanied by a variety of salsas and extras like cucumber, radish, and onion. My sister tried a burrito and it was delicious too. The restaurant may not be the most visually appealing, but it is clean and gives off a Mexican vibe. I would highly recommend this place and plan on visiting again when traveling to Oregon.

One of my favorite taco carts and as a night owl or just an owl that I am they're open late until 3am most nights. So it's very owl friendly in that regard. Anyway this is one of maybe 3 or 4 taco shops I frequent but always on the hunt as I found this place very recently.
