Odd Moe's Pizza - Salem

To make matters worse, the attitude of the young staff was appalling. This is the second time I've had a negative experience with the young employees there. Even the manager, an older woman, was rude while dealing with another customer who had been waiting for her pizza for 45-50 minutes and was asking for a refund. The customer had every right to request her money back, but instead of assistance, she was met with attitude from the manager. The staff seemed to think it was the customer’s fault for their delays. Perhaps they shouldn't promise a 25-minute wait if it's actually going to take 45-50 minutes? I reached out to the owner about a similar issue over a year ago, and while he offered a $15 credit, I don't want to keep giving them chances. I'm done with West Salem Odd Moe's and their disrespectful staff.

Every time we place an order, it takes twice as long as they estimate. My wife, who follows a gluten-free diet, loves this restaurant, but by the time I get home, our food is cold from another establishment. It doesn't seem to matter how busy they are; the issue persists consistently. It's frustrating that this has happened more than half a dozen times before I decided to leave this review.

I ordered online, but when I arrived, they claimed they never received my order and questioned whether I had the right place. After checking their system, they finally found it, but my food was 30 minutes late with no explanation or offer of a discount. To top it off, the quality was disappointing. I had ordered a pizza with extra cheese, and the sauce was unevenly distributed, leaving several areas dry. Overall, it was quite greasy and not enjoyable.

Yum, yum and more yum! We ordered the green monster and it was loaded with fresh ingredients! Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had! A bonus was that they delivered to our rv campsite at Salem Premier RV Park! Nice delivery child! Thank you. Odd Moe?s You do everything in times when service and quality is very hit and measures. Woven You have a place in Bend, we are in dirt need good pizza places!!

Normally get great pizza from here. Garlic parm sauce needs a look guys. I normally get the allstar 4 and garlic parm wings. The sauce on both was super thin and had a large vinegar taste too it. Not appetizing at all. Please give that a look.
