Contribuisci feedbackThis has become my second favorite Starbucks since the Liberty Plaza branch closed. The staff here is friendly, and I rarely encounter any issues. The only drawback is the mobile ordering system. Unlike other locations I've visited, they don’t announce when a mobile order is ready. I waited for over 15 minutes, thinking they would call it out, only to realize I was just waiting for nothing. So, if you place a mobile order, be sure to go up to the pickup counter and inform them that you're there to pick it up.
Kristen and her team are simply amazing! They put in so much effort and welcome everyone with warm smiles, providing exceptional customer service. You truly made my Saturday morning brighter!
The staff at Batista's were exceptionally helpful and attentive while I waited for my meal. They noted my name since I had pre-ordered and made it a point to check on my order to ensure it arrived quickly. The team is consistently friendly, and I can always count on receiving my orders on time!
The service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Even though I can’t see their smiles, their cheerful voices make it clear how friendly they are. Plus, there’s the option for outdoor seating!
The lobby was closed and there was limited staff available. While online orders can be delivered outside, customers are not permitted inside to place orders. I was advised to go to the grocery store for coffee if I didn't have the app.
