Starbucks - Salem

Coffee is ok but when your paying close to $10 a cup. You should not have to view knee high grass throughout the whole lot. The maintenance of the building and exterior grounds really make me question why I'm paying the price I pay for coffee?

I usually don't leave reviews but the experience I had yesterday morning in the drive thru was fantastic! The gentleman working the drive thru was very personable, polite, and enthusiastic. Everyone that works there is awesome but the guy working drive thru yesterday took it to the next level with his customer service!

Never been big on the place tbh, but their views on Palestine are unacceptable. I will not be returning.

The environment with a lot of garbage. Years without collecting garbage.

They need a timer for counter orders too. They are running a drive thru timer and have everyone working on drive thru orders however if you order at the counter you can wait over 15 minutes for a simple hot chocolate while there is a line of drinks waiting at the drive thru window. I'll skip this location in the future at all costs.
