Taco Bell - Salem

I have been consistently disappointed with this restaurant. Despite ordering substitutions for beef with black beans, or specifically choosing vegetarian items, I always end up receiving beef in my food. This has been a recurring issue for several months now, which I have never experienced at any other Taco Bell location.

Each time I visit this place, the dining area is closed! And it's only 1:56pm.

I was served a poorly made burrito at this restaurant. It was funny, but also disrespectful in my opinion. I don't usually write reviews, but since it seems like no one cares, here's my review.

I Love Taco Bell ????, plus Taco Bell is Actually the healthiest fast food place , sounds crazy but it is !! I went to the one in Lynn,Ma. They are always so so nice, just the other day when we went I ordered a freeze drink and I guess some people ordered 2 as well and then decided they didn't want them so the woman ask me if I would like them, heck yes !! Either way Ihave never had a problem with the Lynn,Ma. Taco ???? ???? Bell ???? and they are always very nice and professional !!

Stuck in drive thru, told they were closed after placing order from drive-thru line online. They took our order but continued to tell people they were closed. Confused. This place is very inconsistent with their hours. Managers please acknowledge and fix.At least I got my food. Feel bad for others in line turned away
